Open enrollment runs August 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025. Thereafter, benefit coverage will be effective the first of the month following the date of enrollment.
You may enroll as a late entrant after the Initial Open Enrollment period. Otherwise, you have a 90-day enrollment period following:
- the date of your initial eligibility
- the termination date of a COBRA plan’s coverage, or
- the termination date of a previous qualifying dental plan’s coverage
A 12-month waiting period will apply to major services for the Premium and Standard plans.
