Once you meet your deductible, you will pay a percentage of the total cost of the service, rather than a fixed amount like a copayment, while we will cover the remaining percentage.
For example, if your coinsurance is 20 percent for a particular service and the total cost is $1,000, you would pay $200 (20 percent) and Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut would cover the remaining $800 (80 percent).

Copays
